Les, don’t be so hard on yourself! I’m learning that the way our clothes fit, and the way we feel, has to be put into the equation just as much as the pounds. I’m definitely not gonna plan on getting down to 140 again. Adding muscle to replace the flat makes a huge difference.... absorb that knowledge myself LOL
