A little too balls-to-the wall this week.

Felt great to push hard at the gym for 6 days in a row this week. I needed to increase the calories to sustain this abuse. But, the negative effect was the lack of sleep and energy.

These workouts require a full bulking cycle to continue so frequently at the current level of intensity.

5 days a week with 2 complete rest days seems to work best for now 👍
164.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
