I know. I feel the same way. It is an ongoing battle for sure and sometimes you win a bit and sometimes you do not. But it is what it is

I hate that stand still weight. I know when I use to come to that, I would have to eat more salads for a while. like atleast 1 every day along with other foods. This seamed to get me losing again. don't know why, but it did.

carbs are my down fall. im hooked. lol potatoes, pasta, oats..... to much of them, even though im still staying in my calorie range, slows my weight loss down.

Hey man keep in mind that your weight fluctuates daily. Don't look at it on a day by day basis, take weekly averages and see if it's trending up or down. Once I started doing this it made me feel so much better and not worry so much about day to day changes.

you've heard it from everyone else at this point..the fat secret community is AMAZING! My advice: Sometimes were so focused on the destination, that we miss the beautiful journey we are on. Keep your head up, and find a way to appreciate every moment. You got this ✊

I've been doing Fat Secret for about 10 years now...TEN YEARS...wow!!!😀.... and it is really really helpful looking back at the weight graph . Sometimes I feel like my weight's been all over the place, but looking at the graph, it's very gratifying and empowering to see that when it climbs I bring it back in, and I really am hovering around my goal. So much easier to stay encouraged when you can look at the big picture! You've got this!
