Felt light this morning...usually I'm right. Not this time. Slept very deeply and feel like I could go back for more.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well- I guess I could have. I'm not missing anything. Have another 2 hours before I have to be up for church but I guess since I am usually up at 5 and it was already 6- I figured I should get a move on- and so I did... right to the couch and laptop and coffee. :) Have a great Sunday, Tom!
