2 things that I have been struggling with all throughout my weight loss journey is that I love bread and baking things for my family, and sticking to my diet on my husbands 2 weeks off, which can completely derail all my progress. Well I've finally decided to make the switch to a primal diet. To learn how to make deserts and foods I love but in a healthy way. It will be harder when hubbys home bit I think I can really start to change our whole diet, which will be better for all of us. I've been wanting to change to this way of ratio.g for so long now, but have been so intimidated, but I'm jumping in now. It's been 2days, and its been so great so far. I am going to make a primal pumpkin pie this week, and can't wait. I've been really thinking about how I am going to make this change long term. I know how upset I felt after loosing before, and feeling like I was stuck on a see saw, give up carve for 2 weeks, loose weight, not have enough will power to go without, or just being tired of not getting to eat all the things the test of my family was when my husband was back gain it all back, and just feel miserable about it! I need to focus on making a forever change. I've been busy reading and studying.g bible passages on self control, and denying our flesh and growing in spirit, that is what I strive for, and I see.it present itself in so many ways in my life. I am so worried about how I feel, what I want, what my body is craving, I allow my body to control my actions, instead of.doing what is right, and what is necessary. I'm ready for this life change, to stop allowing my flesh to control my actions, and look to God instead.

I have been doing the same with our family. Eating healthier and being more active. It isn't perfect but when I look back over the past two years it is a vast difference. Just keep moving in the right direction!
