Katsolo's Journal, 22 January 2021

Even though it's small, was not expecting a drop at all. Was super hungry last night for some reason and ate a snack later. Went for a medium walk, ran into some urban drama stuff so turned around. I swear, it really is a decent neighborhood, we all have issues when you have this many people in close proximity to one another. When they bring out the helicopter, it means it's more complicated than I want to deal with, so we turn around. There was also the beginnings of a ground fog. Beautiful, but creepy if you're caught out in it.

Muscle holding, blob up slightly, but that's okay. Probably swimming this afternoon. Working this weekend. Again. Not happy about that, but it will be fine. Only a couple hours each day. Spoke with nutritionist last night, she likes how this is working, so will stay the course for now. Still maintaining that 30/30/30 split as goal and if I go over on anything, it's protein.

I have a monster headache this morning, just took a Goody's powder, hope that kills it quickly. We have actual weather coming in, that sometimes causes these for me. Changes in pressure. So annoying. The good thing is that I'm not working a full day. At least I'm not planning on working a full day. We'll see how that plays out.

Kat, I’ve been really hungry all week for no good reason. I tried upping my protein, eating some satisfying carbs, but to no avail. Some weeks are just like this I guess. Glad you have your dogs and street smarts to know when it’s time to turn around. Stay safe out there! 💖

Grrrr... hungry today, too. I do have a gorgeous avocado waiting for my lunch. Hopefully, that will help.
