I was out of town in phoenix, i knew that was going to kill me! drinking with old friends, not eating as healthy as i would like and no exercise... oh well, back home and back on track! at least i didnt gain anything!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
