I've lost 2.4 pounds this week. Yay! Half day fast -- my new weight loss strategy. I'm pleased as punch, and I'm going to reward myself by folding a big load of laundry! LOL!

Update: Didn't exercise. But I did a lot of other stuff today, i.e., cleaning. Felt a little icky, but stuck to diet!
161.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 March 2009:

All right, Debbra! That's awesome. I don't think I could do the fasting thing. I get migraines if I don't have breakfast. But if it's working for you, that's great!! I love your reward! I might reward myself with the same thing tonight. : )
