2 Hours at the gym last night. But I am not as sore as last week. Good day! I am really proud of myself right now. Soon I will add tracking and the weight shall POUR off. I forsee it! :-)
228.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
