This week was a little tough...starting to crave some of the "fried" stuff and Chinese food...tried to do healthy Chinese and it just wasn't worth it, so I'd rather just not "go there". I guess my Chinese food is going to just have to be sparingly. Tonight I had baked chicken, two small pieces, some cottage cheese and corn. Nice dinner. Today's lunch was a good experiment...went to Arby's, got a roast beef sandwich, albeit a large one, but no fries, had a small mini-bag of cheetos with it and a diet dew. Really great meal, enjoyed it, it was filling and I proved to myself that I can eat out without losing control. Want to try Subway's sweet onion chicken teriyaki...hear it's good. Maybe over the weekend.
