I signed up to work with a trainer today. He is expensive, but I have got to get the weight off. I hope that I can stay focused and follow his plan. A lot of what he is asking me to do goes against what I believe is necessary to lose weight, but clearly what I have been doing isn't working! So I will try to drink 100oz of water and take 7 different supplements a day. I will try it his way for 1 month. My beginning weight is 208 and fat percentage is 35% and a 40 inch waist.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck! I hope it works. I have heard 1/2 your body weight in oz is the amount of water you should consume. I know I don't lose as much when I don't drink enough. And I don't believe it's "water weight" because I did not lose 15lbs in swelling! lol! Anyways, good for you for taking a big step. Committing time, energy and especially money is telling yourself you're going to take this seriously. Good for you!
