Sigh. I was bad and had chips and ice cream. I know why I didn't lose... I'm upset with myself but I've learned my lesson. At least I didn't gain, right? sigh. Gonna have to correct it today! Definitely need to drink more water.
274.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 114.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
