Very bad week. I was out for supper Mon/Wed/Fri plus lunch yesterday. I usually workout in the evening so this also meant I missed exercise. This morning I'm very disappointed with myself. I'm getting ready to head to the gym in this horrid weather & driving conditions. It would be so nice to stay home.

I need to be strong this week. I have company staying Fri-Sun. There probably will be no time/opportunity for exercise (maybe mall walking). That will be tough with a Sunday weighin. I need to be so good Sun-Thur plus really really try extra hard on the weekend. I hope to do some housework later this afternoon/evening since it will be so busy at work, etc during the week.

Have a good week! Last week was very good BUT so bad for the waistline. Later...
167.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Sandra! Are you sure you want to drive to the gym? The weather is so terrible. You can have a killer workout at home! Your social life seems to be always so busy, you need to make a plan not to let it interfere with your health and diet goals. No need to live like a hermit, but if you know you eat out and can't go to the gym, can you switch to a morning workout? I wish you good luck, and strong willpower with your company next weekend. Make the right choices when it comes to food, if you're the cook then things are easier.(You can exercise in your bedroom, pushups and squats are possible everywhere lol!) You Can Do It!!
