Kinda disappointing, I did not eat sugar from Dec 1 - 24, and I have upped my exercise, reduced having beers with my boyfriend and yet I gained a few lbs over the last month. Pretty frustrating but I guess if I did any less, I might weigh even more. Blarg. I got an Apple Watch for xmas and am trying to close my rings daily including 30min of exercise, I hope it helps. Guess I need to go back to tracking but I just am not motivated to do so now...
231.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Measure you can loose inches and gain weight because fat weighs more than muscle. But also weight fluctuates weigh daily and decide by 7 to get your weekly average. If you weigh once a week you could weigh on a day you are retaining fluid and it will look like you gained fat when it is really temporally water weight gain. How are your clothes fitting another good indicator of how much weight you have been losing
