Day 2 of 48-hr leek soup cleanse with black tea. I must have caffeine. Leek soup is: 2lbs of leaks with 8 cups of water. Served warm or hot with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh lemon 🍋 and a dash of black pepper. Recipe link on request.

Simmer 20-30 min

Routine- enjoy a cup every 3-hrs and wake up on day 2 (repeat ) dinner tonight- 4oz salmon on a bed of spinach and a tangerine.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love leek soup! My husband hates it or I would eat it all the time. Did you get the idea from French Women Dont Get Fat? That’s where I got the idea from

Vivitori- I did indeed! I got my yogurt maker a month ago (make it by the quart every week now)! I’m not done with the audio book, yet - but will be listening to it again!

CJennifer- nice! I think my biggest take away was the soup. Lol. Looks like it’s been working for you. I’ve never done the fast with it. Are you hungry and/or losing your mind?

Vivitori- I wasn’t hungry surprisingly. I ate the soup every 3-hrs and drink a lot of water and tea (black and herbal) 😊
