The day is here!
I have lost 5.9kg (approx 13 pounds) in phase 1! I knew there were going to be some results, but I didn't expect them to be this good :)
I am very happy with my progress so far. And now on to phase 2, which is (if i am correct?) like phase 1 but with some lean meat also involved ;) Finally!
Do you guys have any tips for me for phase 2?

GREAT job! You should be very proud of your progress! I am doing the extreme fat smash so I am not familiar with phase 2 but there are great resources on this board to help you out:)

Whoo hoo! You did awesomely well! Tip for phase two, now that you can start eating some fun things, discipline, discipline, discipline. I find it's easier for me to fall off the wagon in phase two.
