Frustrating to only be down 1 pound after going up and down so much this week! I probably should go back to weighing in only twice per week instead of every day - but it would sure be nice to see a decline daily! Even if it's just a few ounces! What do I need to do to take this weight off?! I'm only eating 1300 calories per day and I'm exercising every day on the wii. I probably need to kick it up a notch and do more cardio too- like hit the treadmill or do more difficult yoga routines instead of relying on the wii fit as my only form of exercise.

I know what my workout needs to be today for sure. Housework, dishes, laundry! This place is a mess! Maybe I'll have time for a run later too.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
