Weighed again because I couldn't believe that I gained and I'm actually 197.8 which I just round up to 198. Now, changes in what direction? I do start physical therapy soon. The added exercise might cause weight gain at first but I know that it will have to go down if I don't eat too much. Trying to put everything in it's place today mentally and physically. I hope all of my buddies are doing well. Paula, I hope that your mom feels better soon and hope that you enjoy that exercise video.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks Cindy - I did enjoy it...A LOT! So, think I will do it again today, (after the gym). And, Mom is feeling much better - thank you for thinking of her! (just an upset tummy yesterday...but she got the real deal..chicken soup...and she feels much better.) P.T. will be soooo good for you! Just take any added gain in stride (if there is one) the long term benefits will out weight any fluctuations! And you'll be back to normal in no time!!! Have a great weekend, friend!
