No champagne toast last night to ring in the new year. Hubby didn't want any 😒 We had a light dinner then watched the last 2 episodes of Narcos Mexico on Netflix. We still had an hour til midnight but went to bed & turned the TV on til the ball drop in New York. I was so different (& sad) to see the almost empty streets. Turned the TV off at midnight.

It's been raining all day & we've just been lounging around all day. I've been reading. We turned on the Rose Bowl parade to realize it was all prerecorded...no actual parade. Where was I when they canceled it this summer?

Going to go put the black-eyed peas on to cook. That & a pork rib roast for dinner.
140.8 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
