Ok TOM weight is starting to come down hopefully the whoosh fairy will visit again! Back is feeling much better today hopefully it will stay that way!
243.5 lb Lost so far: 73.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So happy you are feeling better. I have been battling the TOM gains too. Praying for that woosh you were talking about.
