Day 33: Daily Weight In...Up a lot because salad 🥗 😒, I guess it is bad for my IBS just figured that out no more salads for me 🙁
140.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
