That’s better. My weight fluctuated big time. I think it’s too much sodium again.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know this is a dumb question but will to much sodium make you gain weight? or keep you from losing?

Kendra, you’ll retain excess water, which is fairly heavy but leaves the body rapidly.
