While I don’t believe I ate very healthy I did stay in keto macros and within my calorie count. Compared to a typical day I have had excessive exercise lol over the past two days. Went to bed tired and sore. I don’t think I deserved that full pound gain. We never really have control do we.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
