ugh...this week and part of the next two weeks, my boss was working in his house on a project. My office is in his house. The last couple of days he graciously made lunch on the grill. Tuesday was smoked pork chop grilled and Wednesday was brine soaked chicken thigh grilled with barbecue sauce. Wonderful food...but doesn't help with weight loss when I am used to an 80 calorie bun with some lunch meat in it's place.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll be fine, just try to make adjustments for following meals to continue to your goal.

I agree with LadyBea, you'll be fine. Be mindful of serving sizes of the meat and side dishes and watch what you eat the rest of the day. You are doing really well you are almost to goal. :)

Sounds better than delivered pizza or chicken sweet and sour, that would have been the choice of my boss when he would treat the office. Just take a deep breath and eat a little less at breakfast and dinner. You will make it! Almost one goal (kid) down only two more to go.
