Really good comeback swim considering the day before, a longish evening walk and a still a bump up? It's all good.

I'm doing okay on my monthly challenge which is interesting because I thought there was no way at the beginning of the month. Now, it's in sight and while I'm going to have to hustle to get there, it's within range and I'm going to take my down time from work to get there.

My back is at 98% these days. I can still bother it when I'm being careless, but it's 100 times better. I only think about it when I do screw up instead of worrying about screwing up every waking minute. Big difference there.

Swim felt much better than the day before, I was in control, not the current, 848 strokes, 10.4METs, 15 minutes in peak. average heart rate at 145. my count matched the watch, so all good once again. It was also 71 degrees and I think that can make a difference. My evening walk was at a good clip, average heart rate at 117 which isn't bad considering we stop for traffic and to smell stuff. Slept really well after. It got super foggy so there was no noise to wake me up. Love those nights.
