Today is not my first day of actually doing the WW points system on my own. I started it on September 16, 2013. I weighed 279.2 lbs. then. So, I have lost 5 lbs. in 2 weeks and I'm keeping it off. Have found it much easier to turn down my cravings for candy when I think of the alternative.....eat it and enjoy the taste for a minute or two, or...decide you would rather be healthier and more attractive with lots more energy.....then, it's a "No-Brainer"!! I lean on God for His guidance and strength and with Him involved I WILL see the results I want.
