Earlier in the week I hit my posted goal!!! Today I am up 1. Ok. I know it is probably because of my sodium yesterday. Going after the water today. Want to set a new goal!!!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
