Katsolo's Journal, 12 December 2020

Today, we work. The kind where you sweat. Going to walk dogs in daylight today. Postponed pizza to tonight, so will eat light during the day. It's cold and dark outside, not sure about the pool. Pulling treadmill out in the family room so that it's up and running. No excuses. Got into a deep funk last week, not going to allow myself the luxury. This week is my reminder of what can happen if I don't get those endorphins going.

So there ya go. Mini funk over. Onward.

Pluto that funky music white girl! I'm too unsteady to get the use out of my Gazelle that I had hoped for. Contemplating getting a stationary bike for Xmas. See if I can at least get some exercise even if it means I'm still sitting on my ass. Enjoy the yard work. I miss the ability to tackle those kind of projects.

I have cut and filled four yard debris containers and no more room so I'm going to stop. Time to walk the dogs. After that, pizza. Gonna be a good day.
