Hey Davidsprincess- sorry I missed your response. It’s tough to push through some days. Sometimes when that happens to me I do the routine backwards.

Hey, Tom! Yeah- No big deal. 90% of my workouts are fantastic and I have a feeling that my so~so workouts are probably better than a lot of people's usual regimes.
