5 kg since I resumed my healthy eating in August. Why do I not feel a sense of achievement and just think I'm going over old ground again. Its almost 3 years since Ray went to the great allotment in the sky and life has resumed its normal rhythm. I've learned a lot (to say the lest)about friends and more importantly family! My new little cocker spaniel is proving a challenge but at least he keeps me on the move Onwards and upwards, or should that be down
262.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
