I figured I would have a maximum of 5 Lbs/2.3 Kg Fluctuation, once I weighed 158.2 Lbs/71 9 Kg on Sunday. Off to the Gym. 🏋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️
160.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
