Thank God my scale showed a pound lost since my last weigh in that I logged because my WII said I GAINED 1.1 lbs. today. That is NOT how I want to start my day!!! I like weighing in just a few times a week instead of daily - it messes with your mind too much to do it every day - but I can never resist it when I get on the WII.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
