Worked extra hard to get the Thanksgiving number down. Harder cardio, breathing like a Lamaze veteran.. more HIIT, and as much xtra exercise I could get.. feeling less down in myself, was in super great spirits yesterday. Have a super day.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 86.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
