Tracking has gone ok this week. Last week ended on 1794 - so much higher than I had wanted, but still a very slight deficit. I also did a 50min YouTube workout on Sunday.

This week I've done a 40min and two 30min workouts and also did around 6600 steps one day. Might go for a nice long walk on Sunday as well.

Went to bed quite hungry a couple of times this week and woke up starving this morning as well, but did my workouts and got laundry hung out before I had breakfast. I feel like hunger is just one of those things and I'd rather deal with that than indigestion or bloating and discomfort from overeating. As long as I stay hydrated I'm all good.

This week my mother and sister were a good example of what not to do again when they had - in one night - trifle, chocolate cake and a half slab of chocolate and on another night chocolate cake, a fruit mince pie and then ice-cream as well. I had trifle the one night and tried to keep my portion small and have had a fruit mince pie as my treat on other days - resisted the chocolate cake completely and have enjoyed my 14g portion of Rolo with a cup of black coffee when I felt like chocolate. Going to enjoy three cheese pizza and a Savanna this evening and a portion of Doritos later with a movie.

Not sure if I will keep tracking through December as I know some eating out will happen and it's always hard to track that. If I do stop until Jan I think I'll just try to keep up my 3 workouts a week and perhaps a walk as well and then just try to be mindful. Been a tough year so got to let the hair down a bit before 2021 arrives with it's fresh new challenges.

What a good update! You have been working hard and have a good plan going forward. You must be proud of yourself and have good reason to be confident you can keep on keeping on. Yes, hungry feels better than bursting! 😁

I'm with you Nikina70, I don't care for that bloated feeling either. If anything I'd rather just feel comfy even if it's a little hungry. Have an awesome weekend!
