What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Coffee with Cream, Chicken Broth

Lunch: Salad, Non-Fat Yogurt with Rice Bran Powder

Dinner: Edamae+Sunflower seeds Salad, Apple Cider Vinegar Marinaded with Wakame (sea weeds) +Cucumbers, Tofu+Shimeji Mushrooms+Chard sauté and Persimmons and Kiwi
101.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
