Horrid, a week out of pocket to go skiing and to a conference, haven't had a good homecooked meal in ages! Back on track, am pretty confident I can hold tight. Five pounds in three weeks, that's the microgoal.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
