Okay well over the last two months i've gained 5 pounds... been eating out ALOT. and working out ~NOT~ alot.

This month NEEDS to look a little different for me. I'm really challenging myself to end 2020 strong. The pic has my "rules" - I really need to better my spending habits, which in turns helps my caloric intake, and my little journal helps me keep myself accountable. So two parts to this "Determined December" challenge; no frivolous spending + every day in a defecit.

Wish me luck!
150.1 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks ruth and such a great mantra. thanks mountain, ntoza and texas granny! anitatex i love it, really helps. dean - you got that right! jheeden - LOL ithat means it doesn't count as "alone" anymore?? i like the loophole 😂 madfox - idk if its considered a journal because it's my everything! i make my monthly calendars in it, my to do lists, recipes i want to try, and charts for goals like this. a catch all journal :)
