What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Same turkey meals (you do this, right?)

Dinner: Salad with Salmon (from Greek restaurant)
100.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week

To Draglist: Thank you so much. My husband’s hobby is BBQ on weekends. He tried to make smoked turkey using a smoker.

That looks so delish and healthy. Keep going with these sort of diets. For cheat meals, try to eat things you banned yourself from eating throughout the week, like: bread or rice.
