Hi all. I'm a bit frustrated because my weight hasn't moved in 4 days. I'm trying to keep in mind that I am trying to reach my goal of 125 by the end of May. This is a lifestyle change for the rest of my life and not just a "quick fix". I'm trying to go through my mind of what else I need to do to help move the weight along if any...I haven't had bread since the beginning of the plan. No pasta (argh). I've got salad coming out of my ears. Let the coffee go and all sweets...The only thing I can think of is even more portion control (even though I'm eating way less than I was before) and less fruit. I eat maybe 3 pieces as opposed to the 2 in the Fat Flush regime.

I've been jumping on my rebounder for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before I go to bed. I walk for another 15 on the way to work and another 15 back home.

I'm thinking maybe more cardio? I like the food journal because it gives me an idea of the calories. I've been a little over so maybe I have to try harder to be within the confines of the book. I may also stay in Phase 1 an additional week but I don't know if that will help.

I'm travelling this weekend which makes me a bit nervous. I will be in someones home and although they are vegetarians they may have rice or pasta... we'll see how it goes!

I have been praying more as of late (never been very religious although I would designate myself as spiritual) and I keep on being told to "always as God for help" and "ask the angels for help". So this past week I've been doing that. Whenever I'm tempted to eat something I shouldn't I ask the angels for help. "Please help me crave healthy food", "help me choose the right things to eat", "help me get up please so I can excersize!" It seems to help me get through the moments when I get weak.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
