What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: 2 eggs of Omelette (butter+Coconut Oil)

Lunch: Fage 5% Greek Yogurt with Matcha Powder

Dinner: Quinoa and Avocado Salad, Natto+Flaxseed meal, Miso Soup and Nuts
101.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
