Another zero loss. I ate unhealthy yesterday. Probably more salt than I been so maybe I need a bunch of water and some cucumbers for lunch today to balance. If that doesn’t work than I e come to a screeching hault
183.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
