New Year....New start....2010 lost 32lbs...over all gain was 3lbs. That pretty good in my books. It would of been nice to of lost more weight...but gaining only 3 lbs back starting in 2011 I won't complain nor do I want to.
My number one goal is to cut out empty calories....candy, cookies mainly.
I will ask David not to bring nor ask me to buy him any those sweets.
Hears to a 2011 and sucess to myself.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
