The same, but different. Muscle/lean up, blob down slightly. Also, good reason for me to take pics of my food when I'm in a rush is that I completely forgot to log that 1/2 an avocado until way later in the day when someone commented. That's a big miss and it caused me to be towards the top of my range for the day. Is it going to hurt me? Nope, but I would have rethought my dinner selection slightly. Thankfully, it all works out and life goes on.

Good swim, 821 strokes, 10.7METs, heart rate low 140s. Almost exclusively in cardio range. Going to up the current as soon as my body lets me. Maybe a notch this weekend. I still have moments of instability where I move wrong and things go awry, but I've started doing some tiny ab exercises and some gentle moves that are almost like twisting, so we're getting there. I can suck my abs in while I'm in bed now, which is definite improvement.

Will shoot for another swim tonight, but the calendar is a little heavy, so it may just be a walk with the dogs. You do what you can, a day off from swimming is not going to hurt me as long as I do something else. I'm going to go for 16 swims this month though. 6 so far. Maybe I should shoot for 30 before the end of the year? I lost my ring streak on the watch a couple days ago, so that all starts over.
