Thank you Jenny! 🐻, I am so glad you got your pictures to share!!! This is the first time in a while I've been under "goal," so I am pleased. Mainly, I just try to keep "blue," but this does give me the little wiggle room I prefer. Wifey, thanks! I wish it didn't feel like it is due to muscle loss, but I just can't worry about things I can't control very well. It does go to show most weight loss is sure what happens in the kitchen. 😁

Yep! That’s where the abs are made, or so they say. Not sure how delicious homemade bread makes abs, still trying to figure that one out. 😆😆
