Ok, we should be back to pre Greek fest by Saturday though I have two upper body sessions scheduled with “Muscle Mike” back to back so let’s see how my body protests. Still sore from our 620 rep session on Tuesday 💪🏻
175.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
