I need a good talking to!!!
I've struggled this week to keep my weight the same. I haven't been recording what I eat and I haven't been exercising. Bad, bad girl! We took a break from our work weight loss challenge and my brother's wedding is now over, so I gave myself permission to take a break. Well....the break is over Brandi!!!! Time to get back on track. I'm heading up the next weight loss challenge at work. So for the next 10 weeks I will try to encourage others to lose weight with me. I hope it works for them and for me...I need to find some motivation again soon, before I sabotage all of my hard work.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
