jaime30024's Journal, 10 September 2013

Okay so Saturday we went to the fair and I don't know what but I just started feeling kind of light-headed and I had eaten this awesome naked fajita salad. I knew I needed something so I had some cheesecake. Weirdest thing but I did start to feel better.

I tried some new recipes this weekend. Oh made a low-carb cornbread with some onions in it and it was yummy!! I ate it Sunday and some Monday...sooooo good with butter slathered all over it!! I can see dressing in my future, and low-carb.

I did not get my work out in yesterday...running around trying to get things for the trip that we leave on next week. Primarily I needed some wedge sandals that were white and that is not an easy task right now in the Pacific Northwest...lol. I did find a pair.

Tonight we are going back to the fair for a concert - The Band Perry. So I am getting my work out in on my lunch today.

I will not get it in on Tuesday (airport and such all day), but Wednesday I can walk the beach. I think the hotel that we are at Thursday - Sunday may have a fitness center (have to look into that). I will have to walk in the evenings when I get home from work in Atlanta (and it will be dark or almost). Then I will be off that Thursday and Friday so I can go to the park. So that is my 'tentative plan' for the next couple of weeks. Oh and packing come coconut oil and walden farms chocolate syrup and getting some pre-cooked bacon for work for breakfast.

What the heck???? Where did you get a low carb cornbread? You'd better not be kidding Jaime! With Thanksgiving coming up and me having to skip the cornbread dressing? You know I've made almost 8 months without a single day over 20 carbs.................... I need to know now in case I have to order it from Japan or somewhere ROFL.. I do have a daughter flying in from Portland OR for Thanksgiving if it's coming from that area.... OMG I hope I can keep my computer working until you tell me!!
