Dinner was chicken breast, asparagus and homemade bone broth. Everything in the skillet is less than 500 cal.

Lunch today was Italian Cabbage, a recipe from someone here at FS. Thank you, it was delicious and low cal.!

Exercising 2 hours each day and good calorie management are providing positive feedback at the morning weigh-in.
250.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
