This is what happens when you don’t eat lol.

Appetite down, lots of things happening and I’m not falling back into bad habits because quite frankly it’s just not who I am. Surely tomorrow I’ll be back around 174 but the trend is downward.

Session with Muscle Mike was great. Lots of high rep shoulder and biceps. 💪🏻
173.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
