I don't know what to think of the scale reading. For one, I don't know how accurate the reading is because my bathroom floor isn't really level. Also, I don't know if it's misleading right now and showing lost water weight. I try to weigh myself on the scale when I wake up in the morning and before I eat to have a more reliable measurement (I only record every two to three or so days because weight naturally fluctuates day to day.). I know the 6 days ago the scale said I was about 147/148. When I stepped on the scale the next day it said 150, and since then it has read lower most of the time. This kind of scares me. My eating and lack of exercise shouldn't yield that kind of result. However 147.7, or 148 for simplicity, is what the scale said today, so that is what I am recording.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
